SPS Solana

Is that starboard HDPE, such as you can get at usplastic.com? Did you have to cut it into more than one piece to get it in the tank?

Sorry it took me so long to respond everyone, i've been traveling.

To answer a few of your questions...

Yes I used HDPE and not starboard brand.

No I didnt have to cut it into more than one piece to get it into the tank.

I used the black aquarium silicon than Petco sells. I think its brand labeled by AGA.

The HDPE is inside the tank just resting on the bottom of the tank and no i did not silcone it down.

Thanks everyone!

Thanks for all your support over the last year!

Elos was my first choice. It still is... LOL I need time with the Solana. Still figuring my way around. The micro bubbles is a pain right now. Perhaps next year.

I hope you post on the Elos thread. I got to know if you get bubbles... It would be nice to have a tank bubble free (or just about). :)

Thanks guys!

I wasn't going to order and new light or controller, but since an Elos tank is something I've always wanted...I decided to order the light and controller I've always wanted...haha :)...Im going to sell my whole Solana setup in order to pay for these.

Could you tell me what model of the zero edge lamp tree you have on your solana? I see slb-10", slb-14", and slb-24" on their website.

Thanks!

He doesn't have a zero edge lamp, just the lamp stand...which he connected to another light fixture.

Yeah, I get that, I am asking what model of lamp tree (stand) he has. I believe the zero edge sight refers to them as light trees.
