SPS that can be kept under these lighting conditions

6 quality t5s can grow anything in a 75. Though its more can your water grow anything than what the lighting can grow

true, is a vertex rsted for 180 gallons overkill? and including refugium AND phosban reactor i hope to be all set!

Six quality bulbs with good reflectors can grow anything in a 75 gallon. I run a 6 bulb ATI Sunpower over my 75 with excellent results.

Agreed...Same lights and tank and SPS grow fine on the sandbed.

what are your bulb combinations? i love the blue/purple look, so i want to run 2 purple plus' and 3 blue plus' and a coral plus? I think i will be adding a 2 bulb fixture to my four bulb i have allready so might have to use 4 bulbs for a while( going to get a non crappy fixture )
