ive had this problem for a few months, where my a select few of my sps seem to have a problem. some of the polyps appear to be bubbles as opposed to actual polyps like normal. this does not affect all corals, nor all polyps on the same coral. like on my tyree lemonade, it is about 3 polyps on a 2" frag. and on my "mini colony" of a green acro, its about 1/3 of the polyps. the other corals, montis, and one type of birdsnest is unaffected. the other birdsnest i have have slowly stn because of this problem.
i know my calcium is low, and my alk is decent. currently dosing 2 part to make up for it. salinity is spot on, everything else is undetectable (though my frag tank has alot of algae, so its tied up in that) 2 mp40's in my 75... its just weird thats infecting just a few corals, while the others seem to grow fine. and no deaths except the birdsnest frag
