SPS will not color up

Great Advice guys.... Thank you! Last nite I fed the tank with microvert, and I have been dosing the tank a bit more too... hopefully this will help a little.

don't feed the tank. feed the fish instead. they will feed your tank by pooping in it.

well, I have been adding trace elements for a few days as well as some coralvite.... IDK, seems to have made a small effect, I also lowered my skimmer line to allow less wet skimming... It has since pulled out nasty raunchy skimmate... I have also been feeding the fish a bit more too. I guess it's a balancing act from here on out...

sounds good. Get back to us with results in a month.
 
In the pic the corals look brown to me. Brown sps normally means they are or were stressed. You said the tank is new, sps need time to color in newer tanks. You could up the feeding or bioload a bit. But most of all just give it time. Your lighting is a bit under powered IMO. I have 300 watts over my 40 breeder sps tank.
