Squirrelfish Consumption

So today i came home from school and found out that my squirrelfish had eaten a molted skin of one of my shrimps (im assuming because the antenna look like the feelers on the shrimp) The fish is acting fine and ate when food was given. I havent noticed anything really wrong with him, so im just wondering if the fish will be ok or if i should do something to help the fish.
