Speakers
Our keynote speakers are exciting and thought provoking.
Each time we hold a conference; one or two speakers always seem to stand out above the rest. Perhaps it is the power of his message that inspires us. Or maybe it is the simplicity and practicality of his ideas. That’s why we have brought you the best of the best.

Accommodation
Special rates have been negotiated for Conference attendees at a hotel in close proximity to the Conference venue to suit every budget. However, accommodation bookings need to be made through the hotel and use the code SRC to obtain these special rates. Please see for details www.src2009.com

If you haven't had a chance yet, or if its been a while, check out the SRC website (www.SRC2009.com). New raffle items are being added almost daily. We just got another T5 light and a fission skimmer from Current, plus gift certificates from Gulf Aquaria came in yesterday.

Check it out!

Good Day to all!

Terry,
Russ and I registered tonight. Just in time for our free 10 raffle tickets!
Also, I have the display you wanted. Will I be able to get it to you the morning of the conference?

Hi Sue!
Thanks for registering!
Thanks for saving the display for us.
Yes, if you bring it, we'll get it from you that morning.

thx again, and looking forward to seeing you!

I'm looking forward to attending the SRC. Have you set times for the schedule of events, including opening and closing?

Registration starts 7:30 and first speaker at 9am.
The day ends around 5pm or when the frags run out.
We look forward to seeing you!

Learned about the conference too late for free raffle tickets, but gonna buy them when we get there! Is there any benefit to signing up between now and the day of? We are driving up from palm beach county the night before. Can't wait!

Hi everyone,
We didn't want to discourage anyone from coming, so we did not raise the price at the door. So no difference in signing now or the day of but...
The bbq is being cooked on site, and although pre-registration is not required, it would greatly help in giving us a more accurate head count.

Pre-registering is easy at www.src2009.com
If you haven't already, check out the raffle!
Frag pictures have started being posted too!

We look forward to meeting you!

I am getting off work at 7am the morning of the event Driving over after working 24hrs in Pinellas...I am planning on attending and want to know if there is a Frag Event only price as I do not believe I will make it over until earlier afternoon and miss most of the speakers... Plus it appears from looking at the website that Anthony Calfo has cancelled as he no longer listed as a speaker? this all depends on how busy the rescue is on the second half of the shift... it is a friday night

Hi - Well, I can answer for the frag auction. There is definitely going to be a frag auction at the end of the event. I am bring somewhere around 50 cherry pieces myself - large frags and colonies - including some Tyree LE corals, ORA corals, rare encrusting montiporas, and my favorite - a small colony of the original Oregon Tort.

As far as Calfo not coming, you are correct. Bob Fenner is actually doing 2 presentations instead. Should be a great event!

I was really hoping to go, but just got off work (it's 2:30am), and am not quite as crazy as LoneWolf. And I've had to work for the last several ORCA meetings too... sucks. I miss you guys!

Have fun. Those frags are going to be sweet, and I just know I'd spend waaaay too much!
