Feel free to ask any questions, I know I skipped the fine details. Our systems are in no way perfect but the 2 of us build and design it all ourselves.

I wouldn't say a hit but we did pretty well. Our 1 year lease on a 350s/f was up and the landlord didn't have more space as he lead on. We couldn't comfortably fit more than 5 people in the room and we needed a back room badly. I believe its unprofessional to keep any hurting fish or corals in the same system and visable, it's something that we really needed to fix.
