Standard 90 gal lighting

What is the economical way to light a 24" standard 90 gal tank?
I'd like to have enough light to keep an anemone and clam. From the last thread there seems to be a lot of differences in ballasts and bulbs when it comes to power efficiency? Could I get away with 2-175 watt MH? Thanks

I have the same tank and I am running an 8x54 SLS T5 fixture. I have clams on the sandbed and SPS at all levels, and a few RBTAs. May want to consider a chiller if you go with the halides.
