Why do you think you need it? Have seen the thickness of the glass on the bottom of your tank?

I got 3/8 inch from usplastics.com. HDPE for my 150 gal.

I'm setting up my 240 again and I'm going with 1/4 inch. Plus I think I'll spring for the freight and get a 4x8 sheet so I won't have a seam.
