For those of you that run BB with starboard, How thick is it??? I'm thinking about going BB in my 120...

Think 1/2" is thick enough???

I think my 58g is 1/2", but not sure if the larger size would warp or not...

1/2" is what you want... 1/4" will warp.

I am thinking of going BB for my 40, but am not ready to order stuff yet.

I have 2 pcs of 1/4 that I used in my 300. 4' ea but have a corner overflow place cut out on each sheet. Mine didnt warp until I stood them against the house for the past year. Brought them to the swap but didnt bother to bring them in cause I didnt think anyone was thinking of going BB.
