We have 2 clams (crocea/squamosa) I have an interest in a blue linkia starfish and a flame angel, but hear they are not usually compatible with clams. What are opinions from you clam folks?

Thanks

Dwarf angels is a 50/50 shot...basicly a role of the dice...Im not up on starfish so cant help you there....

I had a blue linkia star (see my tank picture, at the bottom, died due to starvation) and it never bothered it.

Linkia stars are reef safe and cant eat a clam. However they are hard to keep in long term and they usually starve. You need a big tank full of LR to keep one healthy.
Dwarf angels are a hit or miss. Some of them nip clams' mantles while others dont. Mine did and I had to take him to lfs. Mine was a flavicauda angel though.
