I have 3 starfish in my 95G reef tank. The one Ive had for the longest time is a Red star fish(Fromia milleporella), then a marble star fish, and a blue Lankia for about 2 months. The only one I ever see out during the day is the Marble star. The Red star is always active at night but always under the overhangs during the day. I was wondering if some species could be nocturnal. The one I really want to see is my Blue Lankia but I NEVER see it only when I have the flashlight out at night! My lighting is 8x54w T5HOs but I didnt think they were sensitive to light. Is this normal for them or are mine just weird!!
