any stock builder making starphire glass tanks? looking for a replacement for an Oceanic 215 but they are out of business now...

need to be 72 long 24 wide height 24-30"

Yes, try a company by the name of glasscages; they have a web site but will only ship tanks 90 gallons or greater.

Anything less will have to be picked up.

I have ordered cut sheets of glass from glass cages before. To save some money I went and picked it up my self. I was very happy with the glass, absolutly no chips, scratches or imperfections. Also when I went there was only one employee on staff and he couldnt find my order so I got to walk around their site helping to look for it. They had a lot of HUGE tanks that I wish I could have took home with me.

I have never personally ordered from there before, but I haven't heard much good things either. I thought about ordering one of their coral tanks.

I'd like to see more people chime in on them. Might make me change my mind.

I doubt more feedback is really necessary. If you've read the boards at all, then you know they do sloppy silicone work at times, they've made some small mistakes with orders (such as wrong overflows & dimensions), glass cut isn't always perfect, and their customer service handling mistakes/warranty leaves much to be desired.

I'll say this, they turned a quote around in less than 6 hours for me. My only experience with them ever.

actually I need a lot more feedback... only have heard of glasscages here so far any other maker out there on their price range with a better reputation?

I was asking about stock tanks on my original post any experience with the Perfecto tanks!!!

I don't think you'll find many more companies with the price point that glasscages comes in at. I've hear of another custom tank place that I believe is called Miracles in Glass or something like that. What I've heard/read has all been very good and their customer service sounds like it's better too. Might want to check them out or maybe somebody here can elaborate too.
