Starry Blenny and Ich.

I have my starry blenny in QT for the last 3 weeks and he appears to have contracted Ich. I believe that because his fins are covered in white spots I have recognized as Ich in other fish in the past.

Question is.... Can I treat the blenny with Cupramine Copper?
