Starry blenny (Salarias ramosus) minimum tank size

I am highly considering adding a starry blenny to my 29g reef tank (30x12x18"). I also have 38lbs of LR in the tank so the actual floor space is rather small. I read on multiple sites that the minimum tank size for this fish is ~30g. Would I be cutting it too close?

Also, I am in the process of adding a 20g Jaubert/Monaco style fuge.

Meant to add, I have one in a 120, he manages to cover all the real estate. He's a cool looking fish that doesn't bother anyone or anything and eats everything I feed.

pgammon, I have a rainford's goby and am planning on adding either a basslet/gramma or a yellow coral goby or 2.

Is your tank 120 liters or gallons?

These fish can get up to 5" long and I've heard reports that they can be sort of territorial. I love these fish and have never had that experience, but I've always kept them in much larger tanks (like 90 or 195 gallons). In a 29 gallon, it could give your other fish a hard time.
