I am starting a 10 gallon tank I'm not sure if I will make it reef or not. Are there any really cool invertebrates you guys can recommend? I plan on getting sexy shrimp and Pom Pom crabs.

Don't go crazy and buy anything expensive until you have things stabilized and you have a few inexpensive inverts so you know you can keep them alive. Just a word of caution.
Like a Porcelain crab costs about $20 on Live Aquaria. Put it in a reef tank and you'll be lucky if you ever see it again... maybe then you pull out all the rocks to start over. I put about 35 of them (free) in my 180g reef and in under 15 seconds you'd never know I added anything! Even when I feed I'm lucky if I see one or two. I'm sure they are alive because the 5 I put in my 25g frag tank with no sand and no LR are still alive and living in the bigger coral colonies there to be fragged!
