starting a frag tank, things needed

i'm setting up a double 55g setup to put my extra corals in. not quite sure whats all needed for a frag tank or what i can do without so heres a list of things i need, i think.

looking for-

1. in sump skimmer, something simple but works

2. overflow box

3. 48" t5 fixture or mh fixture

4. 55g tank w/ black trim or should i go with a 40 long?

i'm not quite sure but is a maxi-jet1200 sufficient for a return pump? or two?

i'm open to trades as well with the current stuff i have up FS, or corals in my main 75.

too funny i did just that set up a double 55 gallon side by side frag tank. So far so good been running for almost a year now. Ill post a pic for ya later

mine both go into one sump check it out. I takes up more floor space but i can reach everything with no ladder.

what's the tank next to your frag? That's onelonglight..

The two top ones are frag tanks. Bottom right is sump . left one bottom is th autofill tank. Its been redone will get some newer pics for you to see..

decided to go with a 40 long so i can manuver better, anyone have a 40 long?
