Starting a new sump and refug need help!!!

Ok, I am finally starting my new 120 mixed reef build and I need some suggestions on the sump and refug/frag setup.

EQUIPMENT:
120 gal aga
2 250 MH
4 T-5
Super Reef Octopus XP 2000
Blueline 55 return pump
2 part dosing pumps
2 vortech mp-40
55 gal refug/frag tank
40 gal sump

My thoughts are the display on the first floor and all equipment in the basement. One overflow will go directly to the sump (40 gal breeder) and the second overflow will be split so I can control the flow to the refug/frag(55 gal). I was going to drill a hole about 3" or 4" from the top of the refug for a drain to the return section of the sump. Your ideas and adjustments are much appreciated.

Now I was planning on a DSB in the first half of the refug and the second would be separated by a baffle for frags. What should I go with in the refug section as far as algaes, mangrove etc.

One last thing I travel often for work so my wonderful wife has to tend the system while I'm gone so I want to keep it as simple as I can without to much compromise. Thanks for reading and your comments.

I always use cheato in a fuge. It works the best and never clouds your tank. Mangroves are cool but they do nothing for nutrient export because they grow way too slow. Mangroves will obviously not hurt anything but you can not rely on them to help your tank.

I just finished reading a thread on drilling a 55. From what I read it's a nono to do that so I have get something along the lines of a 55.

Bump

You it's funny when you are asking for advice you can't get it and when you make a mistake in the reef world it's like a great white attacking a seal. Come on folks!!!
