Steel stand builder?

So I have a friend who was going to build me a steel stand and then I was going to get it powder coated. The tank is going in the wall of a large closet so having it made of 2" square tubing is going to save a lot of space.

Unfortunate for me, but good for him, he got a new job where he won't have the capability to do the stand for me.

Does anybody have any recommendations on someone to do the work, or help me with the work. I guess I could rent the tools. It was a great value since he was going to do the work for free.
