sterilizing probes

What would be the best way to do this? I have a neptune PH, Temp, and Salinity probe. Would soaking them in bleach or vinegar ruin them?

Vinegar bath will clean them right up.

So simply soaking them in a vinegar bath solution would eliminate any possible parasite that may be attached to the probes? I'm starting over with my tank and I bleached it so i just want to take every precaution setting it back up.

Yes, vinegar is acid. You would not need to soak very long.
