I know you get inundated with the same questions over and over. Sometimes, it's tough to search for the specific applications endusers are looking for. Perhaps it would be a good idea to sticky frequently asked questions?

Yeah, I have wanted to do that for a while, for one it is kind of like a retail store advertising there hours in the phone book, from working in retail, you still get way to many calls of "What are your hours." People are often lazy and don't look when they can just as quickly ask. Also, I just don't get the time to do the stickies. What we are trying to do know is build in more of these sorts of answers into Tunze.com.
