Sticking with LFS from now on

Well, I finally took a chance on ordering livestock online and it bit me. Ordered two corals and they both look like poop. Lesson learned for me! Ill stick with the good ol' lfs from now on. Sorry for the rant.

All companies are bound to have one delivery or something. I know it is a little off putting but like i said all companies will have and order go wrong sometime.

What did you order, what did you get? I've had almost all good experiences ordering online.

got exactly what I ordered. They were both coming off the plugs and pretty white looking. I repaired the plugs and hopefully they regain color. Does a heatpack really work if its on the very top of the box with 5 inches of peanuts between the bags and the heat pack?


this coupled with another problem Im having with trying to get something replaced and getting no service is not helping.

Yeah, you don't want the heatpack actually touching the bags, so they usually tape it to the lid.

Well, hope it works out for you. Do a quick search of some of the reputable online vendors for feedback if you like, in the Vendor Experiences Forum, or the Sponsor Forums, if you ever decide to order online again.
