still new to photography

Haven't been doing it long but finally started shooting in RAW after seeing countless suggestions to other members. I'm editing with RAWtherapee, anyone use this software? It seems pretty good especially considering it's free. Here's a few quick picks and edits, only edited for about one minute so I barely plagued around only adjusted white balance and shot free hand so I didn't use a tripod or anything thus pictures are a little blurry.

Of course any advice or criticism is welcomed

Good looking corals.

Shoot straight through the glass. Shooting at an off angle also introduces distortion / blur.

tripods are pretty important to avoid blurry pictures. also turning off pumps to avoid water movement and blurring from it is a good thing to do as well

keep working on the white balance. it looks like you are almost there
