Still stuck in customs?

Hello,
I have been patiently waiting for my Turbelle TS24 kit for almost two weeks now. The vendor tells me the products are "stuck in customs"? Is this still the case? I am thinking of just cancelling the order...

They were but they finally cleared Wed. They were all shipped by yesterday, probably you will get them in two weeks. It takes a week for them to get them and then a week from their to you.

Depending on the vendor, I think premium aquatics got there's monday night...
