Still waiting on credit

We mistakenly ordered fish from BZA. We had prior success with fish from them in the past so we thought they would be good to deal with again.

We purchased 4 fish and a pistol shrimp. The Linetaus wrasse, black-cap basslet and blenny were dead with-in 36 hours. The goby was seen was for about a week then disappeared. The shrimp was never seen from again.

We had requested credit for the wrasse, blenny and basslet.
I was able to send them a photo of the blenny. The basslet was last seen being devoured by the CUC. The wrasse which at 3+ inches was never located but was obviously too large to hide. We only asked for credit on the wrasse, blenny and basslet since the others may very well still be in the tank (its 180 gallons so small fish & shrimp can hide)

We are pretty disappointed that they said we be credited in 2 weeks (this was a month ago).

So buyer beware, they will give you a refund as long as the fish is cheap.

Just wanted to give you an update. After doing a thorough search through the system for orders matching the items you mentioned, we think we know what account is yours. It shows that a credit has been issued for one lost item and the claim folder is still open pending information from you. I apologize if that does not sound like your case but it is the closest thing we have to go on not knowing your exact account. Feel free to get in touch with us as mentioned above. Thanks.
 
I spoke to Mark at BZA last and cleared up the confusion regarding our last purchase and their shipping guarantee.
I'm happy with how everything worked out. Stand-up business.
