Still waiting

3 weeks ago I ordered a rkl and moon light. I haven't heard anything other than the next day them being out of stock. Any ideas when they will be in. I was told 3 weeks ago 1-2 weeks. It's no big deal I'm just curious when I'll get my items. Thanks

Hi Richard,

Our Digital Aquatics shipment just showed up late least week. We are still waiting on the R2 LED shipment, but I went ahead and shipped ahead your controller order today. You should see that delivered in just a few days. Once the R2 comes in we'll get that headed right out the door for you as well.

Sorry for the delay, as it seems like a ton of manufacturers have been really slow in getting product out the door in the last few months.

We received a shipment of RK Lite's last week, but they were all presold due to backorders. This particular one was being held on an order that had another pending backorder with it.

Just a question but I noticed I was charged for shipping but I won't be charged again when the rest of my order is sent out will I? I wouldn't think so but just making sure

thanks for the reply, ill just wait it out a few weeks, i plan to order more things from you guys anyway might as well do it at the same time. You probably dont remember me but you suggested i try the kz blue bulbs over the ati (out of stock), my tank looks great.

Glad to hear you like the KZ Blue, they really are great lamps, and a lot of users are liking them more than the ATI Blue Plus.

Still havnt heard anything on the moonlight. Any guesses on when it might be in or do I need to pursue a different route?

What would you recommend that is comparable to it. It's going on a 75rr with a 6 tube tek as my main light. I don't want to go overkill with it as it is just a moonlight.

Hi Richard, does this tank have the center brace on it, or do you think you can get away with a single moonlight in the middle without casting a shadow?

It does have the center brace. I didn't even think about a shadow. I wouldn't object to doing 2 of something. Who would have figured moonlights would be this difficult.

Haha, I agree! I really like the ReefBrite Flat mount moonlight. They use a higher end 1w LED, and it really casts a great night glow on the tank. These are the same moonlights that were marketed under the PFO Flat Mount name for years, then Icecap, now ReefBrite. Here is a link to them on our website:
