Still white stringy poo. Please help

I have a male pink square male anthias in QT now for 7 weeks. He was a mail order and came in pretty bad shape. Didn't think he was going to make it thru the night. But somehow after 7 weeks he is still alive. He had several things going on with him. Swam with body vertical, white cottony spots, flukes,very skinny with pinched stomach. I have treated him with 2 rounds of prazi pro and cupramine. He looks good now but still have a pinched stomach and still has white stringy poo. I feed him 3 to 4 x daily with good quality frozen food and add selcon. Is the white string poo a sign of internal parasites? What else can I use instead of prazi pro? I got some Dr G frozen foof for parasites, but he won't eat it. What else can I do?

You could try adding other food into the Dr G's and/or adding garlic. It sounds like he does have internal parasites. I've used metro in the past with good results.
