STN fragging question

This colony is STN from the base....may have had some temperature issues in my tank over the holiday weekend due to the heat.

Where do you guys suggest fragging off the branches? I would assume the farther away from the STN parts would be ideal, but I want to have some nice size frags. What's the ideal distance from the STN areas to frag from? I need some advice before bringing the clippers out!

Has the tissue recession continued or has it stopped? If it has stopped and you have new tissue forming I woould frag it right at the piont of new growth. If it is still receeding, I would cut it at least 1/2" - 1" from the point of recession.

I'm not sure if it has stopped...my gut feeling is that it is still receding. I just noticed it yesterday. If it does stop and new tissue is forming is there a need to frag? Thanks for the reply.
