Stn with green skeleton

hi,
some of my sps stn green skeleton since a few months ago. Is this a kind of sps diseases?

and also my green millie had been in my tank for 5 year, it also stn for unknown reason but leaving with a white skeleton. It still had good polyp extension while it stn. only thing I can do is to frag away the stn part....

His corals would be brown if there was a phosphate issue, but that definitely looks like algea, or macro algea that has manifested the coral.
 
algae cannot grow on healtly sps tissue. More times than not the algae will grow at the same rate the coral is dying so it appears as if the algae has something to do with the demise of the coral when in fact it does not.
