So I have some fishies that I would REALLY like to add to my new 93 cube when it's ready. Please tell me if these fish are innappropriate. Thanks!
What I already have in my 55 that will be moved over:
Oscellaris Pair
Lubbock's Fairy
McCosker's Flasher
Lawnmower Blenny
Possum Wrasse
Diamond Goby (might sell him so I'm not sure if he will be moved over)
What I want to add:
Mimic Tang
Swallowtail Angel (any suggestions?)
Trio of Anthias
Or if you have any suggestions on what else to stock let me know! :)

good list just beaware of the fighters in the group for that size of tank

blenny and gobies stress each other out till one dies in my experience even in my 180g it was tough they each stayed on one side

Thanks. I already have the blenny and goby together and they do fine. The blenny thinks he's a sand goby now. He picks at the sand and sleeps on the bottom now. Lol.

What about a magnificent foxface instead of the tang?

I would stick to fish that mature to under 6" in that dimension tank. 5" would be better. You have so many choices in that range. Why risk a "big fish"? Do you want to control algae? There are other ways. Good luck.

:)

I just like the foxface. :) but I don't want meanies in the tank. What are some options? It would be nice to have an algae muncher. I have very little filamentous algae now so I would be supplying most of it.

I'd think the lawnmower would provide ample algae control.

What about a dwarf angel? I agree with not adding a tang or rabbitfish, they'll likely be more aggressive in a tank that size, and it'll make the tank look smaller with such a big fish in it.

I don't need algae control. I just like the look of algae eating fish like tangs. I won't get one though since it won't work in my tank. I think I'll pass on the dwarf angel since I have a crocea and don't want it's mantel getting picked at. I think I may just go with a swallowtail angel and a trio of anthias. I know CBBs are harder to keep but is that fish ok in my size tank?

Tank length would be an issue for angels as well, especially a pelagic feeder like a swallow tail. I'd think a medium size Centropyge would be fine.

What she said. ^^^^ Genicanthus angels are also swimmers and do best with a long tank rather than a cube.
