stocking 75g

Ok, so my 75g mixed reef tank is almost fully stocked, however, I am looking to add 1-2 fish that would be "show fish" I am looking for color, 4+ inches, and that it will spend most of its time in the open water and not hidden away (i know this can depend on personality) With color i have a lot of red and pinkish purple fish and am looking for blues and other colors (not mandatory). I was thinking about a Aussie Harlequin Tusk, but I am scared that i wont have anything to eat algae off the glass because it will eat my CUC (also my clam). Also thinking about Regal angel but i really like my corals. Any tips, stories and PICS are appreciated.

STOCK LIST:

Fish:
xtra small Yellow tang
Kole tang
2 occelarus clowns
3 female lyretail anthias
purple firefish
flame angel
4 seahorses

Inverts/coral:
maxima clam
brain coral
RBT anemone
Green BT anemone
some euphalia coral
small carpet anemone
2 gorgonians
rics

From the looks of your stock list it appears that you are already fully stocked. Adding either a regal or harlequin probably isn't the best idea as each needs a tank bigger than you have. Maybe a flasher or fairy wrasse if you're deadset on adding another fish. Super colorful and most stay under the 4" mark.

If you like your corals skip the flame angel too then. Also pass on the seahorses, especially with anemones.

Go with the tang, pair of clowns, file fish, anthias and maybe a few wrasses.

I already have all of those fish on my list, thanks though. The angel and seahorses are fine with my corals. I also like the look of the female Bellus angelfish and i heard they are pretty reef safe.

what kind of flow you have in there with seahorses.
under the impression they like super light flow??
anyway.. a longnose BF could be a 'show fish'. had a smaller one in a 75g no problems. untill it got sucked into a PH...

The flow with seahorses is a common misconception (i do have only a medium flow). As long as you have dead spots (no/light flow) in areas, the seahorses will be fine. I placed my gorgonians in an area with light flow in an open space (for light), and the seahorses flock there. Anyway, i like butterflies but they are really yellow (picky, i know). Any thoughts on the female bellus, or any other suggestions? I dont really like fairy wrasses (they are small).

pretty cool if its working out for you.. got any pics?
too yellow..ok..haha.
no thoughts on the bellus.
but a toby puffer was a no go in my reef..picked at sps.

Like my first post and Rea17 has said, you're tank is already fully stocked, if not overstocked as is. Adding anymore fish, especially one of the two you mentioned, will cause aggression problems and just be pretty cruel to the fish. Your 75 completely empty isn't big enough for a tusk or a regal angel so adding either to a heavy/overstocked tank is most likely going to end bad and be pretty crappy for the fish.
