Let me know what fish you would add.

125 gallon

Current list:

1 kole tang
1 psychedelic mandarin
2 false perculas

2 emerald crabs
20 scarlet hermits

15 astreas
6 nassarius snails

What other fish would you add? Looking for some color.. yellow tang, powder brown, powder blue?

Do you like groups of small fish or single larger fish? You could probably handle another tang and a shoal of anthias or flasher/fairy wrasse.

Foxface, sailfin, anthias, yellow tang,... what are the other two? Looks like a black/white clown?

What is the darker fish near the bottom?

How about a flame angel? Even though they are known to nip?

Gem Tang? I just googled it and it is an asian singer? LOL

Would the naso be too big for my 125? What fish are too big for my tank?

Gem Tangs run about $3k... they're in the Conspic Angel, Clarion Angel, etc. pricey club.

Ah so you did. Good catch.

IMO, a Naso would be fine in your tank, as would many others.

Check out LiveAquaria as a general reference to sizes of fish. When you click on them, it gives you info on each species on the right corner.

A gem tang is known to be one of the most expensive fish in the hobby.

Definatly check out the site for references. Good Luck!

It's a Xanthurus Cream Angelfish.

correct its also in there with a coral beauty angel and they are peaceful with each other

its a 110 gal--not a 90

The hippo will eventually outgrow both the 110 and the 125--that one is about 2 and a half years old so I figure I have about 2 more years and I will have to upgrade to a 220 gal to house the hippo and the sailfin

IMO, a 125 wouldn't be big enough for a Naso. Many many years ago (( early '90s )) I held an adult Naso for a buddy of mine while he moved his tank. After seeing it try to swim in a 4 foot tank I told myself I would never get one unless I had at least an 8 foot tank. They get huge and very active (( and fast )) swimmers. I could actually hear it swim, and the wake from it would splash out of the tank.
