Stocking idea and identification

Hello,
I am in the process of moving my fowlr tank from a 29gal to a 65 gallon (48x13x24) with a 20 gallon sump. My proposed stocking idea is
2 Ocelaris Clowns (already full grown mated pair)
2-3 small damsels
1 six line wrasse
1 bangaii cardinal
1 yellow tang
Is that too much? On an online calculator I was informed that when full grown they will take up 86% of the tank. Is there anything I should be wary of with these fish?
Also, I have some unknown organism on my live rock. I have done some looking online, and I cant seem to find anything exactly like it. I think it is a sponge. It is blue/green, and a picture is attached

Need more info... What size tank? What are you interested in, or the possibilities you're contemplating?

The tang should be taken off the list. Other than that the others are fine.

If I exchanged it with a one spot fox face would that be better?

2-3 damsels and six line wrasse is a lot of aggressive fish for that sized tank. How about a less aggressive wrasse. Anything other than a damsel you'd want?
