there are a lot of possibilities, you need to give us a little more of an idea of what you are looking for. what are your favorite one or two fish - build the tank and tankmates around them.

for filtration, skimmer, refugium, plenty of live rock are all good.

the only trigger I'd recommend for that sized tank and to keep with the lionfish would be one or a pair of bluethroats. the snowflake (or a zebra moray) would be fine. just be sure you have a securely covered tank, especially for a snowflake. my favorite tang is the pyroferus mimic tang, also called a chocolate tang.

what is your filtration?

can you turn your caps lock off? it's the web equivalent of shouting at people.

since you are relatively new to saltwater, I'd suggest you stock fairly lighthly at first, and start with subadult fish:

snowflake
small bluethroat trigger(s)
juvenile (yellow) mimic tang
medium sized lion (maybe a medium species, rather than volitan)
