Stocking Options on Large Tank ?

So I got a 29 gallon for free that I was going to turn into a SW tank, but my wife said she wants a BIG SW tank. I currently have a 75 gallon FW in the living room, and this is really the only place I could put a large SW tank that would be seen often. I'm somewhat limited on space so I'm trying to decide what size to go. I have a limited horizontal space, the wall is about 68 1/2" long. I could maybe fit in a 5' tank, but I think the 4' tank looks pretty good right now and don't want to over do it. Does steping up to a 90 or 120 gallon dramatically change the stocking options from a 75 gallon? I know the 90 is just more height, and the 120 gives me more room from to back, but I don't know if i really need it.

So....Do I:
1. Convert my FW 75 gallon to SW (or buy a 75 RR tank to replace it)?
2. Step up to a 90 gallon tank?
3. Jump to a 120 gallon tank?
