stocklist, can I add?

I have a 30 gall with a new 5 gallon sump
I have
1 tomato clown
1 tibicen angel
1yellow watchman
some soft coral
a green bta
4 shrimp 2 cleaner 2 camel
9 snails
a fromia star
20 kg lr
can I get a small mate for the tomato or would I have to swap one of the other fish?

The tomatoes get pretty large. For water quality, it may be easier to have 2 percs as they don't get as large.
