Just got the e-mail a few hours ago. Sarris is closing :sad1: :( said due to business being slow and lease being up at the end of this month. Everything on sale. Just thought ya'll like to know.

Most of the large tanks are for sale as full setups. There is a 540 gallon, a 380 gallon, a 120 gallon and the shallow holding lagoons in the center.

All the Livestock and Rock is also for sale at Considerable discounts. This goes on thru Sunday only so get there or miss out. On a personal note, Godspeed and good luck to Chris and Nick and thanks for all the good times. See you soon :)

I dealt with them a few times, was impressed with their knowledge of the hobby.

They also where very accomodating to the area clubs, I wish them well in their future careers whatever they may be.

I've only had one opportunity to meet with the guys at Sarris but wish them well.

Also, I don't know if anyone mentioned it in another thread or not, but God's Fish Net (in Argo) is closing too.

its sad that they are closing their store but i spoke with them today and they are still going to have their online store.

Where is Sarris located and does anyone have a phone number to reach them.

hoover but dont know the #

They have a 300 gallon tub full o flive rock for sale. Where else are you gonna get HUGE pieces of Marshall Island Rock (which is no longer available and usually retails over $12.00 per pound) for $3.00 per pound. Lets help them out folks, they did it for us!! They also have plenty of coral and livestock that needs to go. Sunday hours are 1 to 5.

Anyone know for sure they still have live rock available? I call but got a machine.

It's a 100 mile drive for me, so I'd like to be sure.

Great value and service!

Great value and service!

I have been away from here for almost nine months now. Checked it last night and saw this post. My wife and I adopted from Ukraine back in November and were gone for two months. In the mean time the person caring for my tank was not as savvy as I thought. When I got home all fish but one were dead and all my coral were dying. It has taken me this long to get the kids(three teens) settled, and to get them interested in redoing the tanks.

The brothers at Sarris were very helpful and there were many good deals to be found. Even though they were trying to clear out everything, they were honest about what would and would not be a good choice considering my parameters are not where they should be.

The live rock was awesome, I got a few fish to add in, and there were several coral frags to go in my nano that I just redid. It was the deal I was looking for to get myself back in the game.

I will definitely use the website for future purchases!

Thanks for the help, and I am glad to be back!
