Hi everyone-
Just wanted to clear up some comments...
at AquaTouch, we have a seperate and dedicated quarantine facility that ALL of our fish go through...not just the rare or collector's specimens.
The process is a minimum of 14 days and is applied to the least expensive of tank raised fish, to the most expensive of wild collected fish.
We have always reasoned that this was more controllable at giving a customer a legitimate shot at buying a healthy fish that could easily become a long-term pet, as opposed to just offering a fish replacement guarantee.
We have been doing it this way from when the original owners built the store in 1997.
Thanks for mentioning us!
