Storing RO water

When I make up RO water I keep it in the garage until I'm ready to mix the salt. The garage gets very warm. Does it hurt the RO water to be heated? What about after the salt is mixed; does it hurt it if it gets hot?

Also,how long can RO water sit in a closed container before it's used?

Heat will not harm the water but if you do a waterchange and the sw is a big difference in temp that can affect your tank from the sudden temp swing.

If the ro water is stored in a air tight container it can last forever, if it us lightly sealed them it will still last months but may pick up dust and stuff from the air but still nothing to worry about
