strange sand worms on/in rocks...*pics*

here's a pic of the little sucker im trying to id, the white sandy spot to the upper right of the small feather duster....i have quite a few of them living in my lr, they are strange semi see through white worms usually about an inch or two long, they pick up bits of sand and build their homes..what are they? what can i do to get rid of them?
 
no, their not actually harming anything but i fear that they'll spread and take over the tank...nothing i have in there is even attempting to get rid of them...to be clear im not talking about the small feather duster...im talking about the white glob of sand to the upper right...there is a little worm living in there ill try to get a pic up that has the actual worm....
 
it kinda looks like a big spirorbid worm. harmless i had a bunch of them in my tank and they dissapeared one day and haven't seen any again.........

those are "good worms" they feed on the crap in the sand. And don't get big or spread like crazy........
