Strange shrimp

I recently aquired a maxima clam, today I noticed a 1/2" shrimp on the clam. The shrimp is clear with small black dots all over it and has white eyes. I'm assuming this shrimp was introduced to my tank with the clam as I havn't added anything larger than a 1/2" frag and fish to my tank in over 5 years. Has anyone seen this kind of shrimp or know if it is harmful? It doesn't seem to bother the clam as it walks over the top of it.

I posted earlier about the same thing. Well, mine is a squamosa. The clam is a host to the shrimp. It will not hurt it at all. Mine goes in the siphon and hides. Clam seems to be ok so who knows. Don't worry about it. I'll look for the post and paste.
