At first I thought this was some type of algae, I sucked some of them up and on closer inspection they are some type of worm. Red/brown in color and very small about |-| in length. I took some pics but they look terrible.
you are screwed,those look like flatworms,if your tank can support it get a 6 line wrasse and a mandarin goby. Better get a positive ID first,if they are swimming around all fast they may be bristleworm epitokes
pretty quick verdict seeing as there isn't a positive ID on them. Not all flatworms equal you being screwed. There are predatory flatworms that eat corals, but not all do. I'd try to get a better picture if you can, with the one you've got it's going to be impossible.
i've freshwater dipped my rocks for less than a minute and many dropped off.....never actually had them in the tanks..howevero thers on here will tell ya in some tanks..large enoug...don't seem to do the harm that they are supposed to
