strange worm ID

I tore my tank down 2 weeks ago. I set much of my live rock sit in standing water so i could remove the dozen or so hitchiker crabs I have along with 30-50 polyclads.

Most of the evil creatures are now dead but I found this strange worm yesterday.

Its a couple inches long but in the pictures is all curled up. It's not a bristleworm at least not a type I've ever seen before.

It's a cirratulid polychaete, also known as hair worm. These are detritivores that grab particles of food with their tentacles. They eat detritus & further break it down in size which makes it more available to corals.
