Strawberry anemones a bad thing?

I have a small anemone that hitchhiked on a piece of rock. It is about 3/4 inches across when fully deployed, has a bright pink center and clear tentacles with white dots on the ends. I'm pretty sure it is a strawberry. Recently I have noticed about 4-5 tiny clones groups around it. It happens to share the same rock as my xenia tree and I am wondering if I should be worried about it spreading?

They are a cold water species so probably won't thrive in a regular reef.

My guess is that you have a pseudocorynactis, google some pics to see if thats what it looks like...

Alot of people would be happy with that as a hitch hiker, but they are cold water. A pic would be interesting.

My bad. I looked at some pics and this does indeed seem to be a pseudocorynatis anemone, although it is unclear which type. Apparently it gets mixed reviews about whether it is reef or fish safe. It is small and doesnt seem to bother the xenia tree, tho its tentatcles brush against it. Sorry, tried to take pics, but my camera sucks. Does anyone have an opinion on this anemome?

Although it's common name is 'ball anemone', pseudocorynactis is actually not an anemone at all, it's a member of the mushroom family.

I've never had an issue with them, they stay small and don't bother anything in my tank. The one's with the orange balls look very cool.
