stream 6060 problem

Hello Roger, I have a stream 6060 that was in one of my tanks. I soaked it along with my other streams. When I was putting everything back i noticed the 6060 wasn't working. It may have stopped before the soaking, I have a good deal of turbulance in the tank and did not notice. Is there something you can do for this stream ,or should I just replace it?

It doesn't even try to spin, no vibration or hum?

No, it is as if I never pluged it in. There is no vibration or hum.

Is it less than a couple years old? If it is under warranty I can replace it for you.

It is supposed to be less than 2 years old but I'm not sure. I bought it used here on RC I was supposed to get his purchase receipt with it but didn't. So I really don't know the age.
