Stream 6080 question

I recently purchased a Stream 6080. I have it installed with the bracket over the trim on my All Glass tank. Its providing good circulation on my 125 Gallon tank.
One problem though. Twice now it has shifted from the position I have it aimed causing me some problems.
I have it on the right side panel of the tank against the back wall, facing straight across the 6 foot lenth of the tank. This is where I want it. Twice now it has swiveled on its bracket 45 degrees to the left, pushing the water across 18 Inches of tank. I think you know the result.
How can I stop it from moving on the bracket? Is it designed to just sit on that ball thing or am I missing something? seems like there should be something to keep it from changing positions.

Thanks, Jimmy

You have to be sure the small serrations on the pump bracket hole and the shaft on the rail are firmly meshed. Make sure the teeth are facing each other, I have seen these put together upside down. Then press with a little force to be sure their is a firm contact and the teeth are intermeshed. I have yet to have this not solve the problem but their is some hand tooling to this part so let me know how it works out.
