Stream control without 7094

Roger,
I have two 6000 pumps without a multicontroller. Cycling them on/off via controller port 0%-100% every minute. Is it safe for the pump/impeller? I can hear clicks when the pump starts but nothing serious. I can do 30%-100% non-stop but really like to have 0%-100% mode.

It is really best to use the multicontroller. I cannot recommend such a fast cycle and it does void the warranty to use another controller. It is not impossible that the drive unit could be broken by the fast cycles.
