stream for a 120gallon?

I am setting up a 120g tank 4'X2'X2'. Going to be mostly SPS. I was wondering what would be the best Tunze stream for that size tank? oh, also controller?

two 6100s and a 7095 multicontroller

I might start with 2 6000's and later upgrade them to 6100's if you feel you need more flow, the overall cost is the same you just change the transformers. 2 6100's will be a bad choice if it is not barebottom.
