Stream location in tank

Take a look at this pic:

Notice how both streams are on the same side of the tank? Is it okay to have both streams on the same side? I think about the ocean and tides seem to go back and forth but I can't see how anyone could recreate that with streams anyway. Just wondering if it matters if I have one on each end of the tank or have them both on the same side. Having them both on the same side would really help keep them out of view.

If the animals look happy that is really all that matters. You can recreate the side to side effect to some extent with on on each side and using the Interval modes on the controller.
