Stream Magnets for 1" acrylic?

Has anyone tried to use these on 1" acrylic?

I have seen a few people on here reprot that it works, try or search or maybe some of the people who have done it will chime in.

Did not work for me, I cut my top bracing to fit the brackets

Worked fine for me. I have three waveboxes and 2 streams mounted on my 600g tank that is 1" acrylic. They are probably not as secure as they would be on a 3/4" but they still hold the everything in place.
